The Pay at the Table app on your Moneris terminal connects to your restaurant management system to retrieve information about the tables and customers in your restaurant. Once you sign in to the app, you can collect payment from customers via debit and credit cards. This article describes how to download, install, and set up the app on your Moneris Go Plus terminal.

How do I set up Pay at the table in my TouchBistro software?
In order to use Moneris Pay at the table with TouchBistro, you must set up your Moneris payment credentials in TouchBistro. Follow these steps.
On the TouchBistro Payment Credentials screen, enter:
the 13-digit Moneris Merchant ID.
the Moneris Store ID
the Moneris API Token
On the TouchBistro Payment Terminals screen, enter the terminal ID for each Moneris payment terminal.
How do I download and install the Pay at the Table app?
Follow these instructions to download and install the Pay at the Table app on your Moneris Go Plus terminal.
On the Android navigation bar at the bottom of the screen, tap the circle icon to go to the terminal home screen.
On the terminal home screen, tap the AppStore icon.
On the Catalog tab, tap the icon for Moneris Go Pay at Table. The application information screen appears.
At the bottom of the screen, tap Install to download and install the app. When the app is installed, the button text changes to Uninstall.
Tap the back arrow. The Moneris Go Pay at Table app should now be listed under the MyApps tab.
On the Android navigation bar, tap the circle icon to return to the home screen.
On the home screen, tap the Moneris Go Pay at Table icon to open the app.
At the top, right corner of the sign in screen, tap the Settings icon to review the application settings.
Enter the settings password and tap Submit. The Settings screen appears. The default admin password is 12345.
Review the settings and modify them as needed:
Terminal ID. This field is filled in automatically and cannot be changed.
Merchant ID. Enter your Moneris merchant ID. You can find it in the welcome emails from Moneris.
URL. This field is filled in automatically and cannot be changed.
Port. This field is filled in automatically and cannot be changed.
Server ID entry. Choose Numeric pad or Keyboard. The default is Numeric pad.
Cash Payments. Tap the toggle to enable this option only if you want to record cash payments on the terminal.
Split by seat. This option is enabled by default. Tap the toggle to disable it if you don't want customers to be able to split the bill by seat.
Split by amount. This option is enabled by default. Tap the toggle to disable it if you don't want customers to be able to split the bill by amount.
When finished, tap one of these options.
Tap Sync to perform a full synchronization with the Moneris host.
Tap Save to save your settings on the Go Terminal.
To exit without saving, tap the back button at the top left of the screen.
The sign in screen reappears. To sign in, contact your manager or administrator to obtain your server ID. For help with signing in and processing payment transactions, refer to Moneris Go Plus - Pay at the Table Transaction Flows.
Error messages in the Pay at the table app
Merchant server not found
This error message may appear after you sign into the Pay at the table app using your server ID. The app is unable to retrieve table information. Contact Moneris to verify whether your merchant profile has been set up correctly (for example, enabling the Pay at the table flag in IPGate).
After Moneris modifies your merchant profile for the Pay at the table app, you must restart the Pay at the table app on the Moneris terminal and restart the TouchBistro POS app on your iPad.
