You can look for support from your Moneris Go app on your iPhone. Follow these instructions to navigate the support menu:

  1. Tap the Main menu icon, then tap Support. The Support screen displays.
  2. From the Support screen, you have five options to choose from:

Tapping on About from the Support Menu displays information on the Moneris Go app. 

Tap  <   to return to the Support menu.

Tapping on User Guide from the Support Menu takes you to the Moneris.com support page.

  1. The guide can be reviewed from the screen.
  2. Return to the Moneris Go app.

 

Video Tutorials Support

Video Tutorials

Tapping on Video Tutorials from the Support Menu will open a list of short educational videos detailing the Moneris Go app settings and functionality.

  1. Tapping on any of these items will play the video directly within the app. 
  2. Tap  to close a video.
  3. Tap to return to the Support menu.

Contact Us

Tapping on Contact Us from the Support Menu takes you to the Moneris.com Contact page. Make sure you have your Merchant ID available upon request.

NOTE: You will be redirected to a webpage outside the Moneris Go app.

 
  1. Choose how to contact us:
    • Live Agent 
    • Call me later
    • Start live chat
    • Ask Monique
    • Talk to someone now
  2. Enter applicable information in the fields.
  3. Return to the Moneris Go app.
